Hi,
I’m requesting help with a new activation for the $20/60GB promo.
I attempted to sign up two nights ago while the offer was still live, but I was blocked by Error M.8702. I visited a mobile shop near Walmart yesterday to resolve this, but they were unable to help as the promo had expired.
Since I tried to activate during the promo period and only failed due to a technical error on the site, could you please help me complete the activation with this plan?

Thank you for your response. However, there seems to be a slight misunderstanding of my situation.
I did not manage to complete the purchase or receive a SIM card because I was blocked by Error M.8702 on the website while the $20/60GB promo was still active. I attempted to sign up multiple times during the promotional period, but the technical error prevented me from finishing the transaction.
Since my failure to join was strictly due to a technical glitch on the Public Mobile website during the valid promo window, I am kindly requesting an exception to be made. I would like to activate a new line with the $20/60GB plan as originally intended.
Could you please assist me in completing the activation with this specific promotional rate?
