Prolonged US use

ABDad

My son is moving to the U.S. for school for the next two years. He’s currently on a Canada–U.S.–Mexico plan. I’d like to confirm whether he can use his phone continuously while in the U.S., or if there are any limits on roaming duration that could affect his service over time.

Thanks in advance.

there are no official rules to prevent long term use of the plan while in USA...just make sure his plan is paid up and he should be good to go. Make sure Roaming data is enabled to be able to use data while in USA. Also...make sure he has a VoLTE enabled cell that Public Mobile recognizes.
