So I noticed that they have 5g plans on the site what I didn't know was they have no 5g service in my area so I tried to deal with it for a week then I have prolonged stay in the hospital when I get out I message them they talk me btw no notifications offered for their terrible app I finally noticed I have message so proceeded to tell me it's been 2 weeks we can't give any credit for what you paid you have to pay for a new plan or just wait till your next renewal oh and btw you don't get a refund for the money you over paid

PM does not refund nor give credit if you have bad connection or unreliable service.

@Ketchuptruck81 5G plans does not mean it works on 5G network only. No problem without 5G service in your area, you can still connect to 4G (LTE) or 3G network and access data without issue. Instead of relying your ohonr's automatic network mode selection, manually change it to 4G or 3G and test the data again. Of coruse, make sure you still have data left I. your current cycle

Unfortunately, it is at their discretion to credit or not. Nothing anyone can do. So if you want to change then as stated, have to do for next renewal.
