Hi,
I tried to log into my account but it does not work. I enter my email and password, but I get the message: Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again.
When I Click on forgot password and enter my email 2 times, I get this: Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.
My account was created on January 13. I got the confirmation email at 19:25
I tried to submit a ticket to the moderators, but to do that you have to log into your account for verification.

@pm360 I have not submitted a ticket for a while but you should be able to verify with a code sent to your phone or the pin you set up on account creation.
You can always send a private message to moderator_team via community click envelope top right of screen to start
Edit I just tried..
First it asks you to log into your community account then step 3is verification and there are 3 options, account verification, sms verification or can't verify which requires you to include account details min 3
