Problems with account registration and transferring number

Help! I have been unable to transfer my number from koodoo to PM

Every time I log in, it tells me to get support.

I just signed up and recieved the SIM a few days ago.

Paid for a month and now I'm having so much trouble with setting up this account...I just want to cancel now
