Problem with transfer in from 7-11 speakout

I'm trying to port my number from speakout to public mobile. It keeps saying invalid IMEI does not match with phone number provided and asks to retry. Already confirmed with speakout about my IMEI and phone number on their system. What

Public Mobile has know about this issue for a long time and has yet to correct it. It's best to reach out to a CS Agent to resolve it.
