Transferring number from Bell.
Got the text and replied YES, Rebooted phone with new SIM
Got a message from PM
"Hey, its public mobile. We're having trouble transferring your number. Looks like you entered an incorrect account number. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or alternate number provided. "
I tried chat and it didn't work. It has been 12 hrs and no call.

You can get a reply after 2 hours (or more) depending on how busy they are.
