Changed my number, except phone not working and number I am supposedly to have someone else has.
Also how do you contact a rep to have problem solved.

for some reason Telus and PM always giving out existing number to new accounts. weird glitch. Rogers or Bell don't have this

Hi @wamis27 so, you were assigned someone else number? You have no choice, just gi back My Account and pick another number

or use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket.
Unfortunately, PM gives people phone numbers, they shouldn't because there already being used.

You can change your number up to four times per cycle. I would recommend trying to change it again.
