My friend, currently with Telus, wants to use my referral code to switch to Public Mobile. When he enters his email or phone number, it says "You already have an account with us." How can he get around this?

Thanks, Computer Geek. I used your link and sent them an inquiry. The code is just a referral code so I get the credit when he joins.

If this is the code that I am thinking of, that code is unrelated to number porting but is a 2FA code for Self Serve. As for the error message, please send a private message to CS_Agent.
