Are you receiving spam calls from "Correctional Service of Canada". If so, and the number is the same number coming to your phone, try blocking it on a device level.
Or, is this connected to your work somehow, that you cannot receive calls?
If network technical issues are happening with your phone to prevent you from receiving calls try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*perform a reset network settings on your device
*manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) for dropping or unable to make incoming/outgoing calls
Otherwise, please provide more details of what he issues are.
Note, we are all customers/members like you here on the Public forum. We are not Public Mobile representatives/employees (CSA). See @CountyDownIeUk post, who provided a link to use to contact CSA privately if required.

Elaine since my messaging won’t allow me to type long replies...try this.
Copy your post.
Then click this to start a message to a CSA.

Then in paste your issue into it.
They will respond asking you to verify yourself.
Then they will work on it.
You can continue to respond until the ticket is closed.
