Problem with transfering number

Hello,

I switched to public from Eastlink a week ago. I never received the sms from Eastlink to transfer my number. I no longer receive SMS or incoming calls. I spoke with someone on the phone todayand they put the request through. I got an email from Eastlink saying they got the request and that they sent an SMS. I did not receive it. I called Eastlink and they put through the request manually. It has been 3 hours. I'm not sure what to do next. Please advise! I'm still not receiving texts or calls. Thank you

@Michelle754  Have you out the PM SIM card in phone and rebooted the device ?? Try that first if you have no services at all it maybe a SIM card provisioning issue on which case . You can use this direct link to support to fix

I called the rooting number given and was told it will be working in two hours. It is still not working. I don't know what to do. I have spend the majority of the afternoon and early evening on this. I submitted a ticket, but was unable to put in N/A for the esim so I put on 19 1's. Feeling defeated
