Problem with sim card activation

Hello,

I just ordered a Public Mobile plan with the physical card. I saw that the website say that the card will arrive in one or two business days. After talking to a customer service, they say that it will actually take seven to ten business days. I urgently need this sim card.

So, can I instead change the physical sim card to an e-sim instead?

PM will ship it out in 2 business days and it will arrive in 2 - 3 weeks.

Why pay $10 for the SIM and pay $5 for the eSIM?

I have contacted a Piblic Mobile CS, and they say that it's not in their domain. They gave me a link. The link redirected me to an AI chatbot. The AI chatbot just goes on a loop without any solution.

It is possible.  But you will have to check with PM CS Agent and ask them to help to change to eSIM and send you the eSIM QR code. 

If you have been talking to PM CS Agent, reply the same ticket and ask them directly
