hi. I initiated transfer last night. received an sms from telus and answered yes. Now public mobile does not work and telus does not work. When i try to make a call it says not registered on network. Please help me.

i did not remove telus sim. it was inside it since i initiated the transfer last night. this morning i inserted public mobile too as my phone gets 2 simcards. should i totally remove the telus sim? will it make it work?
And how should i reset network settings please?

you removed Telus sim or disable Telus eSIM?
Set enable to PM sim and also change the label to Primary. Reboot phone and Reset network settings
If still unable to connect, ask PM to check
