hi. I initiated transfer last night. received an sms from telus and answered yes. Now public mobile does not work and telus does not work. When i try to make a call it says not registered on network. Please help me.
i did not remove telus sim. it was inside it since i initiated the transfer last night. this morning i inserted public mobile too as my phone gets 2 simcards. should i totally remove the telus sim? will it make it work? And how should i reset network...
