I gave new provider wrong account number
I have correct number now but I can’t receive a text to my number as I don’t have a public mobile sim in my phone

Hello.
You HAVE to have the pm sim card in your phone to get the porting request text and your account has to be active.
You will have to get your other provider to request the port again.
If you no longer have your sim card, contact a csa and advise them you're porting out and no longer have sim card.
