I need ESim Qr Code for new device installation or the activation code.
I purchased a new phone, I purchased a new esim on the app but it wants me to install on the old phone. I can't move forward on the new phone setup without a sim. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I actually thought I was addressing their CS agent directly (I have reached out directly now).
The issue still persist...Your suggestion won't work for me because I can't do the initial setup of the phone without a sim/esim (Can't get to the point of installing an app)

you need to download the PM app on the new phone, login and buy the esim from the app on the new phone. Can you do that now?
or if you have trouble logging in theapp now, ask PM support agent to help
