Problem logging in

its telling me that my username doesn’t exist.  And I’m trying to update the payment for my daughters phone.

@mrcapistrano81 make sure that you enter the correct email and password. Try to use Forgot password feature. If still didn't help, contact moderators, and they will help😉

Are you using your Daughters username/Email? there is only one email per account allowed

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also try to clear your cache and cookies then reboot.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.
