I need to print invoices for July and August but cannot find it.

@Odi1  can you check My Account -> Payment history and post what is showing there for July and August?

and also, you can open ticket with PM and ask them to help.  But honest, asking them for an invoice could take long

That did not help. There is only an invoice for September.

you should be able to easily download the invoice, within the last 12 months, from My Account.  Login My Account-> Payment history and check there.  or use this link:

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

if for any reason there is no invoices, ask PM to check.  

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

hi @Odi1 

was your July and August invoice paid by credit card or credit?  if it is paid all by  credit, there won't be an invoice for it

but you can check My Account, the click Payment history and check if the Download invoice button is there for July and August
