@Kriz @I had the same issue this morning. Couldn’t submit a ticket but sent a msg to an agent and he took care of it.

@Kriz , by chance did your recovery occur from a support ticket? Many customers were having issues and a dedicated announcement thread was made to capture this. I am just wondering if the resolution was a bulk fix or customer initiated support ticket.
