From my experience, if you already have an account the postal code you are entering now must match what you previously provided.

You should be able to use any valid Canadian postal code. Is it possible for you to wait 24 hours to try again? If not need to renew now, please wait
If need to renew, ask PM to help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

The payment process will not go through as “invalid postal code” always comes up. Not sure what to do as I have tried in the app and the website directly.

You could try again using the website and login to My account. Website has caching issues at times. Might also try clearing cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.
I have not used recently, but I don't think that all prepaid credit cards work. Not sure which brands. You could purchase payment vouchers also in store (Shoppers, Gas statiions) or online via muskbird.com (service fee applies)

I have only tried once today. I tried a couple days ago with no such luck. I have been using the app. Is there another portal I can use to make a payment?

any Canadian Postal code will work. But you might need to wait 24 hours to try account. The error could be just you tried too many times

Yeah any postal code I use doesn’t work. Have you had this issue?

Every time I try to enter the number, the postal code comes up as invalid
