I ordered a phone on 01-Aug-2021. Today I received this email saying: "Order 262318 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded"
This is very strange. If there is any doubt about authenticity of the payment, you should have asked for more information/document before cancelling order.
Please let me know if how I can re-order.

Well that would be concerning if I received a message like that!
Have you contacted your credit card company just to confirm everything is up-to-snuff with them?
If so, I think re-ordering should be perfectly fine. I would even use the same credit card!

@mmarufhossain : Huh?! How can they decide fraud if they took your payment? Then decide to return the payment. Huh?! If the payment got reversed somehow then maybe. But they returned the money. Huh?!

This could possibly have been done either because the card might have been declined or Public Mobile might possibly have rejected the order if the credit card bililng address and shipping address aren't the same. After ensuring that you were refunded/not charged for the original transaction, I would suggest either using a different credit card to re-order, or using Paypal to submit the payment.
