How do I remove pre-authorized credit card payments from my account?

@Shelly1919 - You cannot, but maybe CS_Agent may help with removing the CC from your profile. You WILL need to resort to Payment Vouchers or a NEW Credit Card / Debit Card (Even Visa Vanilla Prepaid works)
NOTE: No Credit Card, no service. If you are porting out you WILL need to have a valid payment type at the moment.

you can login My Account from a browser to disable Preauthorized payments. At Subscription & Add-ons, Manage subscription and disable Subscribed from there
but if you need to remove credit card from the system, you will need PM support agent to do it for you, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
