Hey I bought an Iphone 8 pre certified 3 weeks ago and now i got a flickering fuzzing colour on iphone screen don't know why i want to know what it takes to return this iphone 8?

HI @Montrealpost Be careful. Many report while the Chatbot would generate the CPO ticket page, there is no way to have the Submit button enabled. Unless it got resolved now, it is better to direct message CS Agent for CPO phones related ticket

I've just bought a phone from PM and am reading up about return policy ahead just in case I run into problem.
1. the 1 month warranty start from the day u ordered on-line, becareful with dates.
2. From PM info page https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/phone-warranty-returns-repairs :
a) I click the link " . . . submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents here", I landed on Chatbot specific to CPO phone problem https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&duid=1u3SSUSRlybtjmxj99G...
b) When I clicked "Contact us" box in Chatbot, I got a "Click here to submit a ticket" link inside same Chatbot, clearly in blue
c) I clicked above and landed on a perfectly clear page that ask me to log into my account, with "Certified pre-owned phones" already filled out under "Select an issue category" and "Return and Exchange" box already highlighted.
I'm very comfortable that I've find the right place to generate a proper ticket to CS_Agent, for if and when I need the service.

It sounds like the screen is going bad. Then the screen will not be responsive.
As noted by others, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging or Create a Ticket on Chat on this page.

You should open a ticket with PM or contact agent ASAP as you are close to 30 days return policy. After that warranty will kick in but it will be simple just to return phone then explain and argue why screen is bad.

Hi @Francisco1 please open a ticket with PM cs Agent quickly then. Open by messaging them as Chatbot won't work for CPO ticket):

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
