My friend, Steve used to be a member of Public Mobile. About 4 months ago he cancelled and went with another service.
Now, Suddenly he is receiving emails from the Public Mobile Community that are coming to his email despite the fact that he does not have an active account with public mobile. These are not Public Mobile promotional / advertising emails, these are SPAM Messages from a Public Mobile community member with the name Peter_Clarke.
My friend thinks he may have been SIM Jacked.
Please help or tell me how he can contact Public Mobile customer Service with a Service Ticket.
Thanks for your help,
Darryl

Your friend can login to this Community and send CS_Agent a note that he was spammed by Peter_Clarke.
Also, he can remove his email address on this Community settings.

@djanzen44 , SIM jacking involves unauthorized takeover of a phone number. Is your friend phone working with the correct phone number?

The community account remains. He is getting spams coming to his community account private message inbox which is set to email him the notification of having received a private message. He could log in to his community account and turn off the notifications. Or just ignore it all. This is not a sim jacking.
