Can I transfer my phone number using IMEI instead of account number

Yes you can but members have indicated they had issues using the IMEI of their phone. Using your previous carrier account number usual works better when porting over.

If you use your IMEI and have problems porting, just contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting…that’s all…an extra step.

Are you porting out your number? Are you changing numbers on your plan but want to use your number on another plan? There are so many scenarios here we could use more info to best answer your question

@GraceSantiago  You can yes but account number is best . IMEI number is known to cause hiccups . But still doable
