My old sincard and phone is lost. Bought a new one and new to port my number with PM to a new company. I need to Have a customer service person manually process the port out acceptance

unless you are porting into Koodo or Telus which they allows the porting without the text authorization, you really need the sim card.
You can get the sim card cheapter by buying from Amazon for $5 or buy from Telus or Koodo stores for $10. Once you got the sim card, you can login My Account and update the sim
Of course, you can check with CS agent again, but I don't think they will agree porting without the SMS approval if you are porting out elsewhere
