I have lost my sim and I want to transfer my number. I have sent a port request already for the same . Can you please manually port out my number

@Ababio Are you existing customer and lost your sim ? Or are you trying to port your number into PM or out of PM ??

You should contact the CS Agent to advise you want to port out. We're all just customers like you. You can send a message to CSAgent here, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
It's actually the telco you're moving to that initiates the port. CS Agent may be able to help the process because you don't have the PM SIM to answer the question to confir you want to port out.
