I am porting a number from telus. I mistakenly choose Roger's as the company where I was porting my number from and also didn't had the corporate account details, which I do have with me now. How can I edit my subscription windows, as it doesn't let me edit anything. I want my number to be active ASAP. thanks

you need to have the Coporate account details , and you need to be certain you are allowed to port out the number
Please gather those information and call PM porting team to provide them the information. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
