Hey Community,
I just recently activated my SIM and paid for it and all, but I tried to port my number during the process and now my PM SIM is saying there is No Service and I can't make calls or texts, I got a text from Public Mobile though saying "Public Mobile here: To complete your request to move to Public Mobile, please go to Publicmobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form. You'll need to provide the correct Password or PIN from your previous service provider. Thanks" I already contact them by email and PM'd the moderators, what can I do now? I really want to get in on this deal asap, I already paid for it and cannot access my account because my number is still tied to my previous service provider and not Public Mobile!
