Porting number from Fido. No text message received it's been 5 days

Hi,

I ported my number and open my public mobile account on Friday November 10.

 

I can make calls from the public sim card with the number I ported but can't receive calls or texts. 

When I call the number it says it's not assigned.

you might have done a mistake while entering your details during port, reach out to fido customer support and ask him to manually check out of that

in the mean time raise a ticket with public mobile, they respond within 1 or 2 hrs . they can guide you where your port went wrong
