How can I transfer my number from ClK to PM, I already have a PM temporary number .has anyone done it? thanks

You should know that porting from VoIP can sometimes take days. When the transfer is complete, your old provider's service will stop working and Public Mobile will also send you a text message saying that everything is complete.

Porting a previous number can be done after logging in to self serve. Click on change number and follow the steps provided.

@hyd108pm what type of phone Is this? Voip landline? According to @oglat 's link above, it has been done. So, initiate the transfer as @Jb456 recommended and if you receive a message from PM indicating a stuck port or requiring more information, contact a moderator. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Log into your self serve account ..click change number..

In your place I would initiate the port from the selfserve, it seems possible
