I would like to port my number from Lucky Mobile to my new Public account please.

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "port request"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

You can either port over when you first activate your Public mobile SIM card or afterwards after you get a temporary PM phone number. If you already have PM account/phone number, then you will need to contact moderator to help complete port.
