Hello,
For some reason, when I created the account (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), porting my number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from FIDO was NOT made and the line is still charged from FIDO.
The current number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on Public mobile.
Please assist me with update my active number to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@hotshotseo1 Did Public Mobile give you a 416 area code number? I'm suprised because those don't become available too often. 416 numbers are sometimes in high demand.

I remembered yes, but when the SIM for FIDO has been installed, which means there have been two SIMs one from Public another from FIDO. My daughter who uses it probably chose FIDO one. it is double charing now. please fix it ASAP

did you get a text from Fido and reply Yes to approve the Port? Call Public Mobile porting assistance team and they can update you the status
