Hi, I have initiated a number transfer from Number barn on 15th May, and I still dont see the number has been activated on my existing public number. I transferred ###-###-#### to ###-###-####.
Can you please confirm when the transfer will be complete?

porting from VoIP provider can take as many as 7 days, but it should have completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can update you the porting status. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
