Hi,
I activated an account last night but missed the text message to confirm to the transfer.
I've replied '1' to resend the transfer message and called the number provided, but nothing works.
How do I solve this asap?

You are to reply with YES to the text within the 90 minute window with the old SIM in your phone.
Your old SIM should still work because porting was not completed.
Contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to restart the porting process at:
