Fizz Mobile is the only provider in Canada with that feature available by default to all. I know that Koodo also has it, but it's an optional add-on.

YES! it would be and I would like minutes to be carried over (for $15 plan, and expire at the end of year) but I doubt it would happen.PM would get way more customers this way.

@DaynaJanelle yes it would and it used to be . This just changed couple months ago with new system update unfortunately
