Hi, I ported my old number from Wind mobile to PM but my number does not seem to be working properly. I can make calls from my new phone using the PM sim, but I cannot receive any calls or SMS. Can someone help?

The transfer can take up to 2 hours. If it is still not complete, please private message me the number you ported along with the WIND account #.

@dchung029 usually that does not happen.
I ported from wind myself and the process was completed in less than 10 mins.
maybe wind is taking time to give permission for porting or there's some technical glitch.
if you are still facing problem, try emailing wind and tell them that you have ported the number.
or else contact our fabulous moderators @Shazia_K or @Mary_M

That is normal until the transfer is complete. Just reboot your phone periodically. If you can't receive calls on PM within a few hours let us know.
Your Wind SIM should also continue functioning until the port is complete.
