I sent request porting from chatr to public mobile and still I'm waiting for . I need some one who can help me
I request 10 hours ago until now nothing change

When you say that you sent a request to port your number from Chatr do you mean that it was done via selfserve online or did you sent a request to the @CS_Agent via a private message?
If you did the port via selfserve then you need to be patient. If there is an issue then you will receive a text from PM. If you sent a private message to the moderators then it can take up to 48 hours to respond.
In the meantime just use yor Chatr SIM in your phone until it stops working. If it stops working it means that the port has completed and then you can switch to your PM SIM.

Get account number from Chatr before contacting moderators. People have a lot of problem coming from Chatr because they don't give account number unless asked.

Your port is likely stuck. You will need to contact moderator for help. It will take 1-2 days to respond. Hopefully, you can still use your Chatr SIM card in the meantime.
