@annadavan typically with in 1-4 hours but I’m not aware of vonage but a quick google search says it’s VoIP service . That said not all numbers can be ported to public mobile so to be safe I’d verify that question with support to make sure there’s no special steps like picking temp public mobile phone number first then still need their help to port number
