Got SIM card on 19th, tried to activate it - didn't work, got stuck at the last step;
Tried to set up my PM account on 23rd, with the walkthrough http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/HERE-IS-THE-FIX-EVERYONE-IS-WAITING-FOR/m-... - then SIM card partially worked, could use data & receive calls;
Tried again with PM sim card on 25th - doesn't work at all, my phone couldn't recognize it.
Meanwhile my Virgin number has been working fine.
I've PM'd a couple of Mods, and submitted a service ticket, but not reply yet...can anyone help?
Besides, will we get compansated for the days that we didn't get service? Given we are paying both service provider.

Mods contacted me and after a couple of troubleshooting procedures they figured that my SIM card is broken. Got replacement on the following day, now it's working perfectly. Case closed lol.

Update - Vingin account has stopped...guess the porting is completed now. But the PM sim card is still not detectable (though it was detectable before).
I'm thinking it could be a faulty sim card. Has anyone come across with the same issue?
