I just activated a new SIM from PM, and now trying to port my number from Koodo to PM. But PM selfserve server is sooo slow, so I am not be able to complete my number port online yet... Would I lose my Koodo number after certain period of time?

@Yasu - You will not loose your Koodo number if it is still active (which it MUST be in order to port it to Public mobile). BTW, is your Koodo number prepaid or post paid? If it is prepaid, you cannot do the number port yourself. It must be done by a member of the moderator team.

No other way to port except for self service site. If you need help, you can contact moderator, but the wait times are 1-2 days for moderator help.

the only way to lose your koodo number is not pay for it. as long as yor koodo number is active you can port it.
teh only other way to port your number woudl be to message the mods. I woudl wait till tomorrow and try again. the site might be slow because people were trying to get the promotion before it ends.

As long as your Koodo account is active, you can port anytime. The website is really busy presently. You could wait to tomorrow or next day to port your number over when the website is less busier.
