Thanks, it resolved itself a couple hours after I posted this. I had already rebooted and followed the other troubleshooting steps so I guess mine was just slow to change over. Thanks!

Have you rebooted your phone? Does your Fido SIM card still work? If so, then the port hasn't fully gone through and I can send you a number to call to get assistance. But try those other things first before we send it.
