Hello, there is a port block on my phone number which I would like to have removed in order to move my phone number to a new provider. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.

The number is on PM, right? Usually there is no block on PM.
did you login to My Account and confirm the account is Active? Account must be active for it to ported away. Suspended account (possibly due to non-payment) cannot be ported
Also, did you provide the correct Account number to the new provider?
