Hello!
Our company is switching over to reimbursement for phone plans rather than corporate handling all the billing, payments, etc. So I've switched to PM, and I've told our IT folks that my line is ready to port. Do I just wait till they give me the OK that they've told Telus it's OK to port before I start? or is there something I need to do in order to port a number from an account I don't own (corporate)?
Thank you!

Since you have already ported over. All you need to do is to submit your monthly (30 days) to your Finance Department for reimbursement. Just printout the receipt in the Payment section.
PM doesn’t care if you or your company subscribe to a plan.

@thewong , number porting is initiated from the Public Mobile end from within the online account. Authorization is done on the Telus end by acknowledging the number porting text.
