Need help porting Koodo prepaid number.

Porting from Koodo from Public isn't done by contacting Kodoo. It's Public Mobile who needs to be contacted.

@reh_8243  Once you have activated a pm sim using the app and choose a temp PM phone number you then submit ticket with support  to help your transfer the. Number . Here’s the link for support

If you haven't already opened a Public Mobile account, that will need to be done first by taking a new phone number from Public Mobile. After that has been done, use the chatbot to open a ticket and ask a customer support agent for help.

If the chatbot shows an error message when trying to open a ticket, send a private message to CS_Agent.
