Porting Issue

VitalSpartan
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I tried to port over a phone through ESIM using the account number on Bell; however, it was a family plan with 3 devices, and it didn't work. I would like to restart the porting process and just use the IMEI number rather than the Bell account number, as i think it will work, let me know. Ive tried to find info on how to restart the porting process and that i am supposed to call a number, but im not sure of that number as people cannot post it.

@VitalSpartan

Normally porting the secondary account wouldn't be a problem but it might be an issue if you port out the primary account.

Hi @VitalSpartan No, usually IMEI will usually fail.  Using phone number plus account number will usually work without trouble even with multi-lines account

But you can call PM porting support team to  help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
