Just got one. Saying payment due but saved card would not work but not near expiry. Sorry don’t think problem has been fixed

If your saved card isn't working, try doing it  manually if you've been auto. Also try as hTideGnow suggested. If those 'solutions' are found wanting, you'd have to reach out to cs.

I think you still have time before renewal, so wait 24 hours and try this:

1. Use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to try agian

2. Use PM app to pay.  But some suggests to turn on Location permission on the app first before trying

if both fail and renewal time is coming, then you should get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher using *611 to renew and resume service first
