Porting In Problem

Hey all,

Would appreciate some help. I ported over from Mobilicity yesterday before the chatr migration. I now have two accounts opened. One from Mobilicity and one from Chatr . I have full capabilities on my Public Mobile account. I did not try the chatr account but i called in to confirm that I have an account that is active. Can anyone help?

Sorry apparrently I just realized that I can't send text. I have call in and call out capabilities.

Assuming you don't want the chatr account, remove your credit card from the account & turn off autopay.

If you have full capabilities on your PM account, then I wouldn't worry about it. Is PM using the same number as chatter?
