I can make calls, send/receive texts but I can't receive calls anymore on my account.
I've tried using the sim in another phone and same thing.

Did you try powering off the phone and wait a couple minutes then powering it back on?
This was an issue with my friend’s phone but he swap the PM SIM card without powering off his phone.
Also login into your self serve account and check if your account for the remaining minutes if you are on the $15 plan.
If everything looks good then contact a PM moderator.

Did you respond YES to the porting authorization text from your former provider? Put your old sim in your phone does it still work? If yes then leave it there and either contact the moderators or call the telus porting department to reintiate your port request. You will have 90 minutes to reply YES.
Edit: I have sent you the phone# in your private messages the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen. Have your former account # ready. After replying YES your port will then take a few minutes to 2 hours to complete. You may have to phone your old provider and give verbal authorization.
