Ported from NoName/PC to Public and I think it went smoothly although I never received an official welcome to Public Mobile message of any kind. My issue is my PC eSIM is still showing as available and with the same ported number as my new Public physical SIM.
With the old PC eSIM enabled & new PM SIM disabled I can't call or use data so it would seem the old PC account is deactivated. With the new PM SIM enabled everything appears to work fine, though I haven't yet received any calls from non-Public lines so I'm not 100% sure.
Do I just disable the PC eSIM and ignore it forever? Delete it? I guess I'm wondering if it's possible the port partially failed.

Right on, thanks.

the old eSIM is there, it is ok. You can delete it later when you are sure the porting is fully done. But for now , just go to the PC eSIM and disable it (if iPhone, toggle off Turn on this line)
and you need to make sure PM sim is enabled (on iPhone, toggle on Turn on this line and has the label Primary)
if still cannot receive calls, then call the number I sent you

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear. Calls and data work fine with my new Public SIM (received a call from a Rogers number), my question is whether my old PC eSIM still showing AND with the same phone number I ported to PM is indicative of a porting issue, or if I can just ignore it by disabling the PC eSIM indefinitely.
I've also rebooted and reset network settings and the old eSIM always remains.

have your PC eSIM disable still, Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and test incoming calls again
if you still cannot get calls on PM sim, check with PM porting team. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
But if you cannot reach them or they said they cannot help, you will need to contact PM using this link
